There are many random acts of kindness you can do this hanukkah season such as, donating to charities, giving meaningful gifts to friends and family, or even try to pay attention in class. I want to focus specifically on giving meaningful gifts to friends and family. How I would do this is I would discreetly get them a gift based on their interests, like crystals or an article of clothing, and then I would add in a card describing our relationship and why it’s special, and a few inside jokes that no one else would ever understand.

In my opinion, I am not the bravest person on earth. Most times I feel like I’m the least brave on earth! I find it hard to pinpoint a certain time where I expressed courage and bravery. I think I am expressing bravery right now by opening up and saying that I am not a very brave person. I am not a very brave person because I have many fears. It would take me hours, no, days to write a list of all my fears. I am most scared of spiders, whenever I see one, I scream and cry and ask my sister or Abba to kill it for me. In my opinion, that is not a very brave thing to do. The hardest thing about being brave and courageous is in itself. I think being brave and courageous is hard because you have to face your fears and get through with them, that is impossible for me as I have too many fears (some are really dumb like the fear of grapes).

A place I hold so dear to my heart is the sleepaway camp I go to every summer because I get to see all the friends I don’t get to see during the year. I always look forward to seeing my friends at camp because they live far away from me so it is always hard to see them during the year. It is more special because I get to see them where I can do a bunch of things such as, swim in the lake, go water skiing, go for a hike and so much more! It is even more special because you can only do it once a year. This makes you want to cherish every moment even more because its so rare that you get to do these things.
